1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions govern the collaboration between Federica Michels-Villa, 4665 Oftringen, Switzerland, contact@fevitales.ch, operating as an illustrator and designer under fevitales and her clients. They apply to all offers, contracts and services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Offers and Contract Conclusion
All offers are non-binding. A contract is concluded once fevitales receives written confirmation from the client (via email or signed quotation).

3. Services and Client Cooperation
fevitales provides the agreed illustration or graphic services to the best of her knowledge and abilities. The exact scope and objectives of the project are defined jointly and confirmed in writing.
The client agrees to provide all necessary information, materials and feedback rounds required for the execution of the project in a timely manner and as agreed.

4. Fees and Payment Terms
Compensation is based on the amount specified in the quotation or contract.
Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are payable within 30 days from the invoice date without deduction.
In the event of late payment, fevitales reserves the right to charge reminder fees.

5. Copyright and Usage Rights
All illustrations and designs created by fevitales are protected by copyright law.
Upon full payment, the client receives the usage rights agreed upon in the contract (e.g. for specific media, editions, or time periods).
Any additional use, modification, reproduction or transfer to third parties requires the explicit written consent of fevitales.
fevitales remains the author of the work and may use it for self-promotion and portfolio purposes unless otherwise agreed.

6. Revisions and Approval
The agreed number of revision rounds is included in the quotation unless otherwise specified. Additional revisions will be charged separately based on time and effort.
Approval is considered granted once the client approves the final illustrations in writing or raises no written objections within five days of delivery.

7. Liability
fevitales assumes no responsibility for the correctness, accuracy, timeliness, reliability, or completeness of the information provided on this website. Liability claims against the author for material or immaterial damages resulting from access to, use or non-use of the published information, misuse of the connection, or technical issues are excluded. The author expressly reserves the right to modify, supplement, delete, or temporarily or permanently discontinue parts of the website or the entire content without prior notice.

8. Confidentiality
Both parties agree not to disclose any confidential information received during the collaboration to third parties.

9. Final Provisions
Swiss law applies. For all matters not expressly covered in this text, reference is made to the Swiss Code of Obligations.
